Shipping and Returns

Domestic Shipping:

We (Prohealth Vitamins) offer free shipping all over India. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for your order to be dispatched. Normally, if the order placed between 1pm on a business day, our aim to ship on the same day after providing card security checks, payment received and stock availability is confirmed. All the orders that are to be placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day. It could be some delays in processing and shipping delays during busy times.

The orders would not be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses, rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver. Orders requiring any customization/modifications will require some more time and will be shipped in next 10 working days.

For the orders to be delivered outside Delhi, the customer’s state may charge octroi duty on the top of the price of the item. These charges are beyond our control and could not be reimbursed.

Domestic customers are responsible on their own for any octroi duty charged by your home state government. We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed the amount of the fee that may be charged. In cases of refusal, the cost of the goods or service costs would be assessed.

International Shipping:

International shipping charges are available on our website. Shipping charges and transit time will alter, depending on the location. All international packages are shipped via DHL / FedEx. All progress times are between Monday to Saturday. International delivery cannot be guaranteed within a time frame due to customs and varied time zones.

International delivery time is approximately 5 to 7 days:

For the shipments delivered outside India, the importing country might charge an import duty/VAT on top of the price of the product. These charges are beyond our control and can’t be reimbursed.

International customers are solely responsible for any import or customs fees charged by your government. We are unable to forecast which shipments will be assessed these fees or the amount of the fee that may be charged. In cases of turndown, either the cost of the goods or return service costs will be assessed.

Tracking: E-mail comprises your package tracking information will be sent after the shipment will have done.

• Cancellation of order within 6 hours without penalty, except the 4% Bank Charges

After placing an order, customer can only cancel the order if the order state is showing "pending" under order history. Cancellations have to be made within 6 Hours of placing an order. For canceling your order, you will have to get in touch with our Customer Support Team by sending an email giving your Order Number details.

General Scenario

In case we receive a cancellation e-mail from your side and till that time the order has already been "processed" by us, your order could not be canceled. We have complete right to decide whether an order should be cancelled or not. Also, the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accept decision regarding the cancellation.

In Case of Gift Certificate:

Gift Certificate would not be canceled, user can demand for extension of expiry date within 3 days of purchase.

Cancellation of Order by Prohealth Vitamins Pvt. Limited

Prohealth Vitamins Pvt. Limited reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed which is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This will be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The 100% payment shall be refunded and the user shall be informed of the same.

If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the user (for example, wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by us for re-delivery will be claimed from the User.

Replacement/ Return Policy:

In 7 days except the following:

1. Products are perishable in nature.
2. Gift Certificates.
3. Items which have been used or opened.
4. Products not returned in the condition it were received.
5. Any product received by us in a damaged condition.
6. Items sourced or delivered outside India.
7. Jewelry (with exception if the product is not the same as ordered or any manufacturing defect)
8. Electronics and Mobiles (with exception if the product is not the same as ordered or any manufacturing defect). We will take probable measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there are few remote possibilities that:

• the product may be damaged during transit.
• Or there might be a manufacturing defect.
• Or that a wrong item is delivered to you.
In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no additional cost, provided that the request for replacement / return of item is made within the stipulated time as given below. No returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above.

To get the replacement, email us your order number and the Reason for returning. Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, you are requested to send the item back to us. We will then arrange for the replacement of the item through our logistics partners. We will not be responsible for any items sent to us for return or replacement without our confirmation.

Our Return Policy:

• Replacement request must be made within 7 days of purchase and should not be part of above list.
• There are no additional shipping charges for the delivery of the replacement products for the reasons mentioned above.
• In case of replacement, our logistics partners will attempt delivery of the items thrice. In case the delivery is not performed during all the three attempts, due to recipient not available, the customer will still be charged for the order.
• In case of perishable items or custom-made non-perishable items, neither we nor our respected partners will be able to accept any returns or replacement of those items.

Refund Policy

Cases of products unavailability or service problem:

• If the product sent for replacement is not available, we will try our best to give best possible alternatives, but at the end of the day, choice of customers will be ultimate.
• If the order is confirmed by us but not able to ship the product on time, then we give refunds to the customer, if customer applies for it.
• If the product is not available or vendor is not able to ship the products, 100% refund will be given
• For courier products, If the delivery address is out-side the service area, then only 100% refund will be given
Cases of customer demanding refunds:
• Refund will be 90% of the cost of the order, in case of customer don't want suitable and available replacement of product.
• Only 90% refund will be given in express-orders, if the delivery address is out-side the service area.

Each and every item in your order is sold by us. The products for the shipment to countries outside India may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the hosting country. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all import fees.

With respect to each product for which import duty fees have been calculated, you authorize to designate a courier company or freight forwarder to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the hosting country, to clear the merchandise, process and remit your actual import duty fees for such item. The import duty may be collected by Courier Company on or before the delivery has been made.

Limitations:

For the products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products might not be designed in accordance with the host country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not confirm to destination country standards. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Privacy

Privacy of our customers is all important to us, and we know that you always worry about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs and/or postal authorities.

Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs and/or postal authorities in order to provide custom clearance and comply with local laws.

About Customs, Duties & Taxes:

Whenever you placed an order from Prohealth Vitamins Pvt. Limited, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the hosting country.

The recipient is the importer of record and must follow with all laws and regulations of the hosting country.

Orders shipped outside India may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country. If custom clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

International Returns:

Products should be returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition within 15 days of receipt of your goods. We do not reimburse any of the customs or import duties, brokerage fees, or taxes paid on shipments. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We will refund the purchase price paid for the item, but we will not refund any shipping costs, duties, fees, or taxes. In addition, we reserve the right to charge you for any import duty or taxes paid while goods are returned and we are charged by custom department for recovering the returned package. You are solely responsible for all the costs associated with returning the goods back to us. Your refund will be processed once we receive your returned item.

Note: The shipment of any returned product which might be shipped if there's a problem with the original shipment. If you return a product to us, you'll be the exporter from the original shipping destination responsible for compliance with all export laws of that country. Title and risk of loss transfer to us upon receipt at our warehouse.

When you return goods, please mark your parcel as "returned goods" otherwise it may get held up at customs which will cause your refund might be delayed.

Shipping Returned Merchandise:

We suggest you shipping returned merchandise via courier or insured parcel post for tracking purposes. We do not take any responsibility for the reimbursement or compensation in the event that any returned packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. We are not liable for any refund shipping or insurance costs.

Items Damaged in Shipping:

Prohealth Vitamins Pvt. Limited is not responsible for products lost or damaged in shipping. However, all the packages are insured; if your product is lost or damaged, please hold onto the item, with the original packaging, and call us immediately at +91 11 27762529 or mail us at….We will contact Courier Company on your behalf and file an insurance claim. Once Courier Company has approved and paid the claim to us, we will forward the applicable amount to you (original insurance cost is not refundable).

Refund for an item sent by international delivery?

Refunds of goods returned under our policy will be made to the credit, debit, or charge card or wire transfer to the account used originally charges or paid for order. Please allow 2 weeks from the time we receive the returned goods. An email notification will be sent to you, once the return has been processed.
